Warranty conditions
The goods have defects attributable to the manufacturer.
Goods submitted for warranty must be intact, with no breakage, cracking, or damage from dropping or impact, etc. Should any of the above apply to a product sent for warranty remotely, the warranty staff will first photograph the product and record its condition on the order, in order to avoid any unnecessary disputes.
Goods sent for warranty must have been thoroughly cleaned.
The customer retains the original warranty card issued at the time of purchase, intact.
The warranty period stated on the warranty card has not yet expired.
For certain machines not included in the warranty list, depending on the degree of damage or wear of the product, Toc Do Company will support the customer with warranty costs to the greatest extent possible.
